Other than web traffic statistical reports supplied by our web hosting company, we have no analytical software that collects personal data from visitors to our website.  We do not use cookies to collect data.

Your name and email address is collected when a visitor subscribes to our news updates.  This information is stored in an encrypted mySQL database on our web hosting company’s server.  Access to this is restricted to the administrators of  You can unsubscribe from this service by clicking the appropriate link in the notification emails, or by contacting us at and requesting to be removed.



Emails are passed through our web host’s mail server and stored on electronic devices which are only accessible via security pin number or password.  We monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software.
